An Exciting Opportunity for ...

-Plan marketing and branding objectives
-Train marketing & sales executives to sell rice product (MJ Rice), to negotiate and to create strong rapport with customers.
-Understand and be able to implement effective strategy to attract consumer
-Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
-Engage in branding and marketing activities
-Ability to think creatively and innovatively
-Manage sales team performance and target
-Manage dealer network sales activities, performance and maintained good relationship with dealers, distributor and customers
-Manage and balance sales, inventory and debt levels
-Building sales database:
(a) Liaise with Sales, Marketing and Finance Department to provide update to date sale database to our managements.
-Organize market survey and report to management
-Undertake required administration responsibility assigned by seniors
-Organize related educational and networking events required by Management team

Job Requirements

-Any graduate
-Age above 25
-At least 3 years experienced in marketing & sales (prefer agricultural product but not a must)
-Ability and flexibility to travel
-Good English Proficiency
-Good Computer Literacy, Good interpersonal skill & management skill
