-ခ်မွတ္ထား ေသာ KPI မ်ားကိုု timeline အတြင္းတြင္ ထိေအာင္လုုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။ Customer မ်ား (သိုု ့) B2B, B2C clients မ်ား ႏွင့္ ေတြ ့ဆံုုကာ Deal မ်ား ျဖစ္ေအာင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။ B2B, B2C Negotiation Skill ကို ကၽြမ္းက်င္စ ြာလုပ္ကိုင္နိင္ရမည္.
-Customer မ်ားရဲ ့လိုုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကိုု အသင္းအား ဖလွယ္ျပီး ပိုုမိုု ေကာင္းမြန္ေသာ service မ်ား ျဖစ္ေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
-အပတ္စဥ္ sales, Acquisition target မ်ား ထိေအာင္ ျပဳလုုပ္ရမည္။ Get နွင့္ပတ္သတ္ျပီး ျဖစ္ေပၚလာေသာ နည္းပညာအခက္အခဲ နွင့္ လုပ္ငန္းလည္ပတ္မွဳဆိုင္ရာ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားကို ၀ိုင္း၀န္းပံ႔ပိုး အ ေျဖရွာေပးနိုင္ရမည္.
-အပတ္စဥ္ Sat,Sun ကို အခါအားေလ်ာ္စ ြာ Get အတ ြက္ စိတ္အားထက္သန္စ ြာ အလုပ္လုပ္ေပးနိုင္ရမည္ Get မွ ရရိွ ေသာ ၀န္ေဆာင္မွဳမ်ားအားလံုးကို ကၽြမ္းကၽြမ္းက်င္က်င္ နားလည္ျပီး အျမဲ သင္ယူခံယူ လိုစိတ္ရိွသူျဖစ္ရမည္.

-Deal & Negotiation မ်ားကို ေအာင္ျမင္စြာ လုုပ္နိုုင္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္ အလုပ္ ကိစၥ နွင့္ ပတ္သတ္ျပီး အျပင္ ေန ့စဥ္ထြက္နိုုင္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္ အခက္အခဲကိုု ဆင္ေျခမ်ား မ ေပးပဲ ေက်ာ္ျဖတ္ရန္။
-ကိုု္ယ့္ကိုုကိုု ယံုုၾကည္မႈ ရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္, မည္သည္ကိစၥ မဆို ၾကိဳတင္ျပင္ဆင္မွု အားေကာင္းသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
