- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Responsible to take care of the customer on behalf of companies and businesses.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Perform marketing for the Company’s products with aggressive user acquisition.
- Need to make the brand building.
- Perform both online and offline marketing activities.
- Perform other duties related to marketing and communications as instructed by the Manager.

Job Requirements

-Any university graduate, preferably in media, marketing, and communications.
-1 year of marketing experience with strong knowledge in digital marketing.
-Experience in launching, penetration, and marketing a new product or app in the Myanmar market.
-Good communication, interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to details.
-Can work under pressure and have good teamwork skills.
-Willing to learn new skills and grow together with the company.
