A Good Opportunity for ..

- Determine strategic marketing planning by analyzing business, competitors and market situations.
- Perform SWOT analysis and recommend appropriate strategic decisions to Sales Manager / Top Management.
- Plan, develop and execute support marketing communication campaigns and programs aligned with strategies to achieve sales and marketing objectives with acquired budget and control
implementation under scheduled time-line
- Arrange yearly marketing action plan & activities (e.g. trade/consumer promotion, seminar, exhibition, advertising, etc) and monitor in every month.
- Planning to solve customers that have financial problems to avoid and less damage to the company.
- Managing the financial aspects of the suppliers to be in the period and the amount approved by the company.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers to increase market share.
- Keep close contact with potential customer and respond to market changes through monitoring competitors activities and customer needs to secure a thorough understanding of the business and
challenges and to stay ahead of competition.
- Manpower planning.
- Organizing activities and training for personnel development.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree of Administration, Economy, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing function with preferably from decorative paint business.
- Qualified techniques to solve problems and making decisions.
- Excellent 4 skill in English Language.
- Must have demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Result-oriented with high integrity in marketing Profession
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication
- Computer literacy (MS word, excel, power point, E-mail)
- Owning vehicle is a plus
