• To lead the marketing team to initiate the strategic and action plan, lead the execution of all marketing activities to enhance the brand image and reference in local marketing and achieve the brand business objective.
• Develop the marketing strategy to achieve the brand business objective by deep insight of product, brand, category and local market environment;
• Create media and communication strategies and drive integrated non-media programs
• Work closely with the GTM team to develop the ATL plan and leading execution according to the product roadmap
• Enhance communication with end-consumers and initiate creative marketing campaign to interact with end-consumers
• Manage all marketing budgets and marketing agencies
• Provide coaching and mentoring on a regular basis using organization tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or above, Professional in Marketing preferred
• Experience in the consumer electronics or FMCG field of advertising, sponsorship, event etc. of work experience, leading handset brand work experience preferred
• Successful case study, Good Corporation with agencies, product lifecycle management, etc.
• Team and project management capabilities
• Have good interpersonal communication skills in both English and Myanmar language
