Product Management 2.1. Carry out product and project positioning, apartment configuration, planning recommendations (adjustment), investment calculation and other types of housing ratio planning;2.2. Design and sales demonstration area setting (board room setting, display demand, supporting demand), overhead floor general club, sales department layout and decoration style, etc., to ensure the final display effect;2.3. Conduct post-product evaluation, summarize and analyze the reasons for product sales and slow sales, optimize the market adaptability of best-selling products, and adjust and optimize the slow-moving units;3. Price management 3.1. Reasonable product cost, company operating advantage and sales rhythm, market conditions, target customers and other factors, reasonable pricing plan;3.2. Marketing Strategy and Brand Management 4.1 Plan monthly/major node marketing promotion strategies, formulate and implement large-scale event programs;4.2 Guide the project to promote advertising, film and television creation, and control the quality of the production;4.3 Integrate local distribution channel resources, plan and carry out sales circle activities (resource negotiation), community cultural activities, etc.5. Sales Management 5.1 Sales Planning Management: Formulate the sales center's annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and sales targets, analyze the volume composition and sales, and implement the sales plan;5.2 Sales expense management: prepare annual/bimonthly expense budget, control and regulate sales expenses, and reasonably control operating costs;5.3 Sales background management: supervise the implementation of standardized sales processes and internal control specifications, and regularly conduct sales center sales operations and background management internal control checks;5.4 Sales Case Management: Responsible for daily management of the case, caliber sampling, case service selection, various types of inspections, etc., to promote the implementation of the case management system
1． Bachelor’s degree or above, English or Chinese can be working language.2． At least 3 years of experience in real estate marketing planning management, which including 1 year of experience in the same position;3． Familiar with Myanmar real estate industry policies, proficient in real estate marketing knowledge, market development, customer relations, product planning, media relationship maintenance, etc.;4． Independent project planning ability, good at strategic thinking, systematic project planning thinking and keen macro market sense;5． Good MS office skills.
