- Develop and implement new product marketing plans- Develop a strategy and plan to achieve budgets based on the data driven- Ability to present company products and technical information to prospect and current clients- Identify ways to improve performance and profitability of farm by implementation of products- Manage territory goals by prospecting, following up, and maintaining clients- Conduct customer field research studies- Analyze trial data and authoring technical sales presentations and reports- Provide the General Manger or Technical Services Manager key insights and reports- Attend seminars, tradeshows, and exhibitions to educated and network- Establish relationships with in the Myanmar livestock industry- Follow up on late payments for accounts
- Previous work in animal health, nutrition, production, sales, or marketing- 1 or 2 year degree and/or equivalent working experience- Any Graduate, Marketing, management or related degree preferred- Marketing or sales experience is required- Excellent organization and communication skills both in Burmese and English- Layer or broiler management or sales experience is an added value- Ability to travel 75% of the time
