၁။ Marketing အတြက္ အသံုးစားရိတ္မ်ားကို ထိေရာက္စြာအေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ေရးဆြဲစီမံခန္႔ခြဲျခင္း။
၂။ ေက်ာင္းလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအေပၚ အမ်ားျပည္သူစိတ္၀င္စားလာေစရန္ Promotionပြဲမ်ားႏွင့္ ေၾကာ္ျငာကိစၥရပ္မ်ား စီစဥ္ျခင္း။
၃။ Marketing အတြက္လိုအပ္သည့္ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကုိသုေတသနျပဳစီစစ္ျပင္ဆင္ျပဳစုထားရွိျခင္း။

၄။ Digital Marketing အဖြဲ႔ႏွင့္အျမဲထိေတြ႔၍လိုအပ္သည့္ကိစၥအ၀၀ကိုထိေရာက္စြာပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
၅။ Marketing အတြက္ လိုအပ္သည့္ Panphlet, Poster, Newsletter, Flyers စသည့္ကိစၥအ၀၀ကို စီမံခန္႔ခြဲ ျခင္း။
၆။ တာ၀န္ခံဆရာ/မမ်ား၊ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းျပီး လိုအပ္သည့္ ပညာေရးလႈပ္ရွားမႈမ်ားကုိ ဦးစီးစီစဥ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
၇။ လုပ္ငန္းတူေက်ာင္းမ်ား၏ လႈပ္ရွားမႈမ်ားကို အစဥ္ေစာင့္ၾကည့္သံုးသပ္ျပီး လိုအပ္သည့္လႈပ္ရွားမႈမ်ားကို စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
၈။ Marketing Staff မ်ား၏ အလုပ္စြမ္းရည္တိုးတတ္ေစရန္ Trainning ႏွင့္ Workshopမ်ားစီစဥ္ေပးျခင္း။ ကုိယ္တိုင္၀င္ေရာက္လုပ္ကုိင္သင္ၾကားျပသျခင္း။
၉။ အထက္ပါတာ၀န္မ်ားအျပင္ ေက်ာင္းႏွင့္သက္ဆိုင္သည့္ ကိစၥအ၀၀ကုိ အျပည့္အ၀တာ၀န္ယူပူးေပါင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။

• တကၠသုိလ္တစ္ခုခုမွဘြဲ႔တစ္ခုခုရရွိထားသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
• Marketing Diploma ရရွိထားသူျဖစ္ရမည္ျဖစ္ၿပီး Marketing Major ႏွင့္ဘြဲ႔ရထားသူဦးစားေပးမည္။
• Education သေဘာတရားနားလည္ျပီး ေစ်းကြက္ထိုးေဖာက္ဦးေဆာင္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
• အသက္ (၂၅)ႏွစ္အထက္ရွိၿပီး ရုပ္ရည္ေျပျပစ္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
• Microsoft word , Excel , Powerpoint ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာ အသံုးျပဳတက္ရမည္။
• အျပဳအမႈအေျပာအဆိုလိမၼာယဥ္ေက်းၿပီး ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္မႈစိတ္ဓာတ္ရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
• လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အၾကံဳအနည္းဆံုး (၂) ႏွစ္ ရွိျပီး လူမႈဆက္ဆံေရး က်ြမ္းက်င္ပါးနပ္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
အေျခခံလစာ (၄၀၀,၀၀၀ မွ ၅၀၀,၀၀၀က်ပ္) အထိျဖစ္သည္။
