Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

. Execute the plan to Meet or exceed the brand volume and share targets for each brand within the portfolio responsibility.
. Execute the Development holistic marketing plans together with the Marketing Director which are designed to meet or exceed volume and profitability goals.
. Understand the equity of each brand as well as the target consumers and build the equity in the local market with the marketing Director or Brand Manager.
. Keep and record as the guardian of brand knowledge and its history.
. Act as the ambassador of the brand vis a vis the suppliers, customers, advertising agencies and sales staff
. Participate in brand/market strategy and plan development.
. Create and maintain initiative marketing calendar.
. Lead brand projects.
. Own the business and consumer analysis and track results.
. Understand target consumers/shoppers especially prime prospects by collecting data and analyzing results.
. Recognize local shopper trends and monitor competitive activity.
. Participate and lead the development of communication plans e.g. media, in-store, promotion, sampling and PR.
