• Analyzing and targeting the clients’ learning needs, their company’s goals and objectives concerning with our providing trainings
• Building and maintaining rapport with customers and understanding their goals and objectives
• Willingness to learn and need to have positive thinking.
• Delivering consistent, superior customer service to both potential and existing customers
• Liaising and networking with a range of customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Maintaining and updating customer databases
• Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
• Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans
• Evaluating marketing campaigns
• Monitoring competitor activity
• Prepare marketing presentation by using MS Office tools
• To participate daily meeting with CDD Team
• Review Trainees’ activities of pre-test and post-test.
• Prepares and submits required reports and feedback to superior
• Perform duties assigned by supervisor, department head.

Job Requirements

-Any graduated ( more prefer Certificate or Diploma in Sale & Marketing Course and Training School Experience )
-Age 25 to 35
-More prefer ( Female )
-Good in communication , relation and teamwork sill
-Able to perform to hit Marketing target
-Can work under pressure and can go trip
-Motivation and good in problem solving skill
