• Identifies product and service improvements of Infinity fitness by searching market activities, and competitors.
• Maintains relationships with partner companies by providing support and information.
• Prepares monthly reports to management by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information from both internal and external team.
• Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and on time.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate and accurate market research report.
• Liaise with sale team and account team in frequent to ensure sale data and financial data is accurate.
• Present as a representative of Infinity fitness while dealing with external agencies/organisations/ companies.
• Handle complaints from social media as per procedure guidelines.
• Collaborate with Techkhit marketing agency to achieve more leads.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects from social media and share with teams.
