Overall Responsibility:

The Marketing & Operation Executive undertakes marketing projects for the benefit of Kargo, organizes creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for Kargo's success according to trends and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth, to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas.


Main Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains and expands business in the assigned area.
- Plans develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns.
- Uses the full marketing mix for the company's marketing communications.
- Writes copy for all marketing collateral, including social media (YEC, Facebook…), brochures, letters, emails and websites.
- Understands the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each.
- Monitors ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeps accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
- Produces an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
- Undertakes detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
- Assists in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
- Assists daily operation and updates daily sales report.
- Other administrative tasks may include some required budget assistance; payment processing, personnel activities, and staff scheduling.

Education:
BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.


Experience:
Proven experience in marketing executive or similar role.


Skills:
- Good at English.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Understanding of customer segmentation.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics
- Excellent communication and people skills
