- Lead and manage Marketing Staff & Sampling Teams.
- Monitor competitor activity and brainstorming for potential improvements.
- Organize and attend Marketing Events.
- Provide general marketing support to Marketing Manager.
- Assist to Marketing Manager to conceive & develop efficient, effective & intuitive marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Manager in preparing budgets and monitoring A&P expenses.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports related with Marketing Activities.
- Perform jobs that assigned by the management time to time.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate (Prefer relevant Marketing Diploma or Certificate).
- Age Between (25-35 years old) , Gender : Female
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG field and can do Event Activities, Promotional Material.
- Able to communicate in English and Myanmar.
- Computer literate ( MS office, Excel , Internet & Email , Power Point)
- Good Personality, Team Work & Communication Skill.
- Strong Leadership skill, high motivation skill.
- Can able to travel around the area of Myanmar for the business trip.
- Creativity and commercial aware.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
