Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• - Sourcing clients
• -Negotiating deals
• -Liaising with landlords and developers
• - Managing marketing materials
• -Organise and handle promotional events/ campaigns

Working Hours and Benefits
• 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
• 9 am to 3 pm on Saturday
• Off on Sunday
• May have to work overtime as and when there's a marketing event
• Attractive salary and bonus package

Job Requirements

-At least a University Degree holder
- At least 2 years of working experience preferably in real estate field
- Must be able to converse in basic English
-Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is preferred, but not required.
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal
-Organizational Skills
-Basic computer literary such as Microsoft words, excel and power-point
-Driven and enthusiastic
