• Prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives• Implement all BTL (below the line) activities liaising with sales team and 3rd party agency• Organize events, product exhibitions and promotion activities• Manage and lead the merchandising teams to effectively execute in-store brand visibility and POP materials installation• Carry out market research and customer survey to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness• Build and maintain contacts with suppliers and customers• Monitor competitors’ activities• Support marketing manager and other colleagues
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Sales & Marketing) or related fields• Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales and marketing or BTL agency• Active, result-oriented, strong negotiation skills and highly disciplined• Must have proficient English skills and MS office• Able to travel
