Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

This role will be the lead marketing role in the company, with responsibility for defining our overall brand and marketing strategy and for developing country-wide awareness of our brand and managing a variety of marketing mediums, including below the line and social media.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in senior marketing roles, ideally in the FMCG sector. Initially, the marketing team will be small, the candidate will be required to hire a marketing team to support and implement the overall marketing strategy.

Key roles & tasks
 Develop company marketing strategy working closely with CEO.
 Run large-scale BTL marketing campaigns across Myanmar.
 Define and manage online & social media strategy.
 Work closely with a brand designer to define brand strategy and packaging.
 Hire and manage a strong marketing team.
 Work closely with product development teams and CEO to ensure overall product strategy is aligned.

Job Requirements

Eligibility Requirements:

 Bachelor Degree (and ideally Master’s Degree)
 3-5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role
 Strong understanding of below the line (BTL) marketing techniques and ability to set up and manage large-scale campaigns
 Expert in online marketing and social media strategy
 Experience developing brand strategy, and working with brand designers
 Fluent in Myanmar and English
 Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
