Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Establish position, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisement, and other marketing-related projects
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns, roadshow and sale events
  • Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
  • Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Working in partners with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets
  • Plan budgets ahead yearly campaign and marketing expenses
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior management
  • Prepare market research report about potential new market
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field and related work experience at least 2 years
  • Creative and ability to develop strategy for the marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
  • Additional benefits for English and Chinese Language
  • Presentable and high energy level
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Open communication between team members
  • Patient and strong interpersonal skills to deal with customers
  • Willingness to learn and good attitude is a must
