_ Identify, prioritize shopper/RE Insights for specific RE ( to be expert in the RE)_ Develop RE strategy and 5Ps by RE bases in RE and shopper expertise/insights_ Adapt category promotion activity grid by RE and identify activities to grow the RE and customer _ Adapt GTM plan by RE including selling story and 5Ps_ Define the GTN investment guidelines for the RE,_ Preparing proposals and quotations and submitting to the customers._ Develop 5P's communication tools to CDT to execute the plans _ Analyze and plan to address gaps and opportunity from 5P tracking _ work with retail shopper marketing/consumer marketing to develop growth strategy,identify and lead RE._ Growth initiatives including shopper programs_ Own RE perspective (identify gaps and solutions), within the monthly CBP discipline process_ Develop robust RE Business analysis (eg. SOM,Dist.) to be the expert on the business by RE lead regular ROI and ROO review_ Develop and deliver RCD services to customers (category knowledge, category optimization and joint category planning)_ Define Budget Review/MYR volume plan & Financial Goals by RE aligned with finance team_ Ensure promotion and spending by the distributiors/customers in line with agreed and approves plans _ able to work long term_ Conceptualize ,develop,and execute measurable to increase conversion rates and drive revenue._ Ensure proper communication of all plans/programs to the customers /distributors_ Collaborate with Business Development team ,strategic Application Services (SAS) team to Generate new optimization test ideas,bring them to fruition and effectively communicate results and action steps from completed tests to the organization._ Evaluate industry trends, competitive landscapes and emerging technology to improve the overall soft product experience_ work closely with both retail shopper marketing and customer management to develop strategies and tactics to grow business in the specific goal._ provide input on RE /customers perspective in commercial process._ own monthly CBP discipline process
_ Minimum bachelor degree and diploma in Business Management _ specialization in Sales & Marketing_ Desirable other qualification in sales and distribution management _ excellent communication skill,English speaking fluently_ Essential:Trade Marketing/Shopper Development experience in FMCG sector_ Desirable :Channel/ Category management experience in indirect trade_ 3-6 years of managerial experience _ Microsoft word,excel ,power point ,internet, email_ Team work and good intention to detail_ Positive and can do attitude_ Able to travel if need
