• Plan marketing and brand strategy including Promotion, Product, Price, Channel, STP, competitor/consumer analysis and so on.
• Plan the effective promotion plan in detail regarding BTL (wet sampling, gift, campaign etc.)/ATL (digital, billboard, TV, radio, wrapping etc.) and execute this.
• Supervise the digital communication operation like social networking service and web site, Marketing division budget management and preparation.
• Manage the new product development and consumer test.
• Management and administration of the staff in the marketing division.
