The main purpose of the role is to manage marketing programs and activities to achieve sales volume, market share, net revenue and key brand KPIs targets so that they meet the organization's short and long-term business objectives, comply with regulations and standards, and protect the organization's public reputation.

* Development and implementation of the Brand strategy, across different touch points, in order to achieve sales target and increase market share
* Developing and delivering the marketing strategy for new and existing products
* Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, budgeting and PR.
* Working closely with the company's sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
* Assist to Head of Marketing by guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team
* Ensuring that the marketing objective are implemented by the marketing team
* Working closely with the communications and product management team to define marketing materials and programs
* Manage social media presence and direct communications team to improve social media reputation and recognition/ awareness
* Manage various external agencies (advertising, public relations, research, etc.) to ensure alignment with brand strategy
* Identifies opportunities in the market for new products and line extensions to build a sustainable product pipeline and take an active leadership role in the new product development (NPD project team) to drive flawless execution of new product launches
* Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
* Spends significant time generating insights and learning from consumers, customers, HCPs and shoppers.

Job Requirements

* Must have Master/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or in a related field
* Experience in all marketing related functions and communication with around 5-7 years' experience within an MNC FMCG environment
* Experience with strategic planning and execution with documented business results
* Outstanding analytical skills and ability to structure complex business issues
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of both online and traditional marketing and can demonstrate ROI
* Have a strong commercial focus and an ability to successfully align with commercial teams and cross functional collaboration
* Exceptional leadership skills and a track record of developing marketing professionals with strong people management
* Ability to use Microsoft Office (MS word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Positive attitude towards sexual health, contraceptives and condoms
