Key Responsibilities: Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional activities and conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products. Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Complete marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results. Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product. Key Desirables: Design business plans, strategies, processes for the mid to long term with analysis on challenges, risks and opportunities. Develop sales funnels, order book and set performance target. Increase and maintain healthy margin. Growing customers’ base. Growing and grooming key staff in the organization. Set performance targets for the employees for growth and expansion.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or other related fields. 3-5 years experience in Management level (Marketing) Excellent communication skills and ability to think creatively and innovatively. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges. Ability to identify, conceptualize the most impact while taking into consideration resource and cost allocation. Confident, dynamic personality and ability to work independently.
