What you will do

 Key Responsibilities:
Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional activities and conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
 Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
 Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
 Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
 Complete marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
 Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product.
Key Desirables:
 Design business plans, strategies, processes for the mid to long term with analysis on challenges, risks and opportunities.
 Develop sales funnels, order book and set performance target.
 Increase and maintain healthy margin.
 Growing customers’ base.
 Growing and grooming key staff in the organization.
 Set performance targets for the employees for growth and expansion.

What you are good at

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or other related fields.
 3-5 years experience in Management level (Marketing)
 Excellent communication skills and ability to think creatively and innovatively.
 Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
 Ability to identify, conceptualize the most impact while taking into consideration resource and cost allocation.
 Confident, dynamic personality and ability to work independently.
