1.Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form Marketing Strategies.
2.Create Marketing Programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
3.Evaluate the impact of Marketing Strategies in achieving objectives.
4.Interviews and trains marketing staff.
5.Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
6.Organize and attend Marketing Events.
7.Perform jobs that assigned by the management time to time.
8.Works with sales teams, other internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate (Prefer relevant Marketing Diploma or Certificate).
- Age Between (30-45 years old)
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience in FMCG field and can do Event Activities, Promotional Material.
- Able to communicate in English and Myanmar.
- Computer literate
- Good Personality, Team Work & Communication Skill.
- Strong Leadership skill, high motivation skill.
- Can able to travel around the area of Myanmar for the business trip.
- Creativity and commercial aware.
