A Big Opportunity for ...

Main Responsibility

- Prepare and execute Strategic Marketing Plan for all real estate components.
- Prepare Real Estate Market Report - monthly and quarterly update.
- Work with appointed Brand/ PR Consultants. Prepare annual Branding, PR and A&P Program.
- Prepare and manage annual Marketing Budget in accordance to the set KPI (Key Performance Index).
- Set guidelines and procedures to monitor production & inventory of marketing materials.
-Prepare and Manage Digital Marketing Program.
-Prepare Monthly and Periodic Market Inquiry Analysis Report Source of Inquiry.
-Work with individual centre for coordinate Marketing Program & Activity.
-Adhere to Corporate Branding and Marketing Guidelines.
-Provide Marketing and Branding support for entire Real Estate Business Sector.
-Manage shared resources for STRE Marketing, Branding, PR and A&P information.
-Any other related sales task assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Education/ Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree
- Must be holder of Diploma in Marketing

Experience

- Must have 5 years above experience as Marketing Manager
- Experience with creating marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Qualified chartered marketer.
- Strong creative outlook.

Knowledge

-Can communicate English very well.
-Must have effective presentation skill.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change.
