Job Description

1. ROLE
Responsible for all brand operations, responsible for A&P budget phasing and management, ensure effective usage of fund to deliver desired results, coach and groom teams for effective operations and projects management, contribute to brand development in competitive environment

2. WORK CONDITION
Frequent travelling in the country is required to understand trade customers and end consumer’s insight in different regions. On premises and off premises market visit is part of the job to understand the environment and consumers.
Work closely with TMU to ensure desire brand image and communications are delivered.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

a. KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Lead and implement all brand marketing programs and activities to improve brand image and consumer engagement experience
2. Planning and managing A&P phasing/usage and its alignment with plan to ensure spending is in line with business status
3. Ensure effective communications with sales and other supporting teams for integrated brand-led operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage all brand programs and activities according to the agreed brand plan and provide refinement when necessary
2. Manage and ensure proper A&P budget phasing according to usage plan
3. Implement proper planning, execution and tracking tools for all projects and ensure the team’s proper usage
4. Responsible for all promotion activities and brand events to ensure quality delivered is matching with brand desired image
5. Lead and implement digital strategy and programs to deliver desired consumer engagement
6. Implement new brand guideline for brand communication and provide refinement when necessary
7. Supervise new guideline for merchandising and visibility usage in market
8. Develop consumer engagement programs and provide refinement when necessary
9. Support all consumer and trade program handled by Trade Marketing Unit
10. Support Market Intelligent Service (MIS) unit with all brand program objective, KPI and results for effectiveness measure
11. Support Brand Ambassador team activities and programs and materials creation
12. Coach all direct reports for their managerial capability and team development
13. Train team members with all necessary skills for the job

Job Requirements

1. JOB REQUIREMENT
EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS

1) University Graduate
2) Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Communication related field


SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES

1) 8 years+ Marketing and Brand experience in Myanmar or overseas market
2) 5 years+ hands on consumer programs implementation and execution experience in Myanmar
3) Possess excellent spoken and written Myanmar and English language ability
4) Effective communications and presentation skill
5) Understand consumer’s behavior and retail market environment both on premises and off premises
6) Team Management-Able to motivate and drive achievement /success of the Organizational goals/ departmental goals/ individual goals
7) Coach and nurture team leaders and direct report staff
8) Willing to travel within the country
