VCS is currently looking for a full time Marketing Manager to join our existing team here in Yangon. Our business have been operating in Myanmar for the last 2 years and the team is growing. Marketing Manager is expected to have strong experience in digital marketing as this is an area that we are trying to enhance.

Job Requirements

Key Job requirement:

• Enhance company profile and presence over social media and other platforms.
• Implement and execute marketing strategies.
• Analyse current results, update trends and forecasting.
• Report the outcome of marketing campaigns to senior management team.
• Design and post promotional adverts that engage with target audience.
• Seek out new platforms to boost company awareness.
• Attending networking events and helping promote the company.

Personal Specification:

• Ability to create and brainstorm growth strategies.
• Shows initiative and independence in setting goals and managing tasks.
• Add creative tasks to their daily plans and able to self-execute them.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent writing and speaking in Myanmar and English language

Qualification:
• Have proven experience in the field of marketing and digital marketing.
• Preferable to have experiences in graphic design software.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
