Detailed ResponsibilitiesStrategic Contribution• Work in close consultation with the Managing Director, to interpret Board aspirations and deliver strategic goals.• Contribute to formulation of company policy and strategy with other Heads of Department and Operational Management and its effective communication.• Further development and delivery of the company’s marketing agenda across the organization in support of the overall business strategy.• Support Marketing Department culture to identify and realize business opportunities.• Plan and direct all aspects of the company marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives. Identify changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies and evaluate, adjust, or redraft the marketing plan and philosophy accordingly.• Challenge established strategy and plans with the Board, Department Heads and Operational management.• Demonstrate and support the delivery of the company values ensuring they are woven into all activity.• Foster an integrated marketing strategy to include all media, Communications, E-commerce, Product/Service Development activity.People Management and Motivation• Build a cohesive team through effective integration, communication and policies and employment law.• Ensure that SSM philosophy, policy and procedures are adhered to.• Day to day management of the marketing support function.Marketing Communications• Develop effective processes and procedures including improvement of existing practices.• Oversee communication and promotional activities and direct the team and Operations on appropriate marketing messages.• Support the delivery of marketing communications, which comply within SSM, manufacturer and legislated standards.• Support delivery of formalized operational communications.Relationship Marketing• Identify opportunities to develop and deliver the CRM agenda (Attract, Retain and Increase average spend).• Direct the development and implementation of appropriate propositions by segmenting and targeting market opportunities and promoting solutions to those markets.• Support the delivery of all Relationship Marketing activities within manufacturer standards and marketing legislation in Myanmar• Set KPI targets and monitor performance to ensure service levels are met, customer satisfaction is achieved, Sales and Aftersales CEI targets are supported and costs are managed effectively.Product and Service Development• Direct the development and implementation of appropriate propositions by segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets, ensuring share of market and profitability of all products/services.• Evaluate existing products and services and associated performance.• Support the delivery of SSM product and service targets sales.• Support the delivery of all Marketing Products and Services within manufacturer standards and marketing legislation.• Oversee and manage the development of the HINO/ LinkedIn website and Facebook communicationsCustomer Proposition• Develop and plan the Customer Proposition programme to complement existing manufacturer standards.• Identify key stakeholders and secure buy in and support to ensure objectives are achieved.• Oversee the delivery of each element of the programme, ensuring effective trial and implementation.• Monitor achievements and evaluate activity.Hino Brand Standards• Oversee the development of HINO Brand Standards, which support the company values.• Develop brand awareness both internally and externally.• Maintain and protect HINO brand image and reputation.Budgetary Control• Contributes to the development of branch Marketing budgets.• Oversee the development and delivery of associated dealer plans ensuring these are in line with agreed budgets (except where opportunities realize increased revenue).• Oversee the Media budget• Planning of all Marketing department budgets, seeking MD approval.• Plan and manage marketing resources according to agreed budgets.• Realize and support opportunities, which may exceed budgetary resources but exceed sales objectives.• Embed a culture supporting elimination of waste and value for
