Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Conduct market analysis on size, competition, product information and industry trends; understand & monitor key growth drivers by country and across the region
• Identify new products and product enhancements needs for the region
• Develop product portfolio, road map, pricing strategy for existing and new products
• Develop and execute product positioning & promotion strategy for the region
• Create communication package and develop marketing materials for local customers
• Identify business opportunities and develop & execute business plans
• Develop strategies for key markets and strengthening relationship with existing customers　
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• 35 years or above
• Preferred Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC Industry, with solid track record in application engineering, marketing, business development.
• Good data interpretation and analytical skills
• Good presentation and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
• Willing to travel Inbound and outbound country.
