1. Marketing Promotion:
Making yearly, quarterly and monthly marketing strategy plan according to the project progress and positioning.
Creating hot topics and timely adjust the promotion topic according to the project progress.
Plan and execute promotional activities, coordinate control activities, and coordinate with the sales circle activities to guide and assist the sales team in various circle activities and implant activities.
Formulate annual marketing tempo and expense budget, and conduct cost monitoring based on group opinions
2. Market Analysis
Monitor market dynamics, update market information in a timely manner, strengthen sales personnel's understanding of the market, and increase market acumen.
According to the progress of the sales business, the sales agent company and the project weekly and monthly sales status are statistically analyzed (including subscription, contract signing, customer record of on-site call visits, etc.).
3. Media Operations
Coordinate all media operations of the project, vigorously promote the project from media operations, negotiate media project packaging solutions, and integrate online and offline media resources
4. On-site experience packaging
Beresponsible for the opening, pre-opening sales line, sales center, show room exhibition area, club experience area, commercial street, cargo display area overall packaging and surrounding supporting upgrades, and timely update according to the standardization.
5. Channel Resources
Coordinate and guide the media research and promotion channel development work in the project, conduct resource negotiation of project activities, and negotiate the search for outdoor resources and customer resources
Job Requirements
1 .Bachelor’s degree or above, English or Chinese can be working language.
2. At least 2 years of real estate marketing planning working experience, at least to have ability and experience to responsible for a new project’s marketing planning.
3. Good MS office skills.
