• Consumer education and direct sale programs under supervision of team leader or regional head
• Find the new opportunity to conduct brand penetration program to get new users and more usage
• To assist in building up the special function programs which may reach directly to consumers (events)
• Build good relationship with customers and find new customers
• Manage and effectively use resources (Promo-materials and samples)
• Lead the team to conduct special events by negotiating with organizer for the event functions to promote assigned products
• Observe any changes in the concerned market and report to Immediate Supervisor like competitors' activities, price changes, new product launch
• Monthly review on consumer activation and look for the improvement in consumer engagement
• Increase coverage not only in home base area
• Settle all Cash Advance within 14 days after the program

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in below the line activation & willing to do on ground activation /events
• Demonstrated success in event management and project management
• Willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Good communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
