An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Promotes the brand name ‘PEB Steel’ and retain it.
• Builds marketing plan to boost revenue (such as: signing agreements with Industrial Park, organized visits to licensing authorities in HCMC and provinces, participating in exhibitions, attend seminar/ event/ networking/activities organized by VCCI, Business Association. Annual seminar by the company for consultants/contractors (if possible). Annual anniversary events, launch campaigns bill boards, sign boards at job sites, leaflet campaigns (multi languages), annual calendars/ diaries, personal gifts on specific occasions, moon cakes, PR in newspapers especially following signing a new job, advertising In yellow pages and similar, sponsorship, entertainment of VIPs, organized visits to List B consultants and contractors )
• Makes, manages marketing budget and operates budget effectively
• Work closely with sales department to develop sales activities for sales target achievement.
• Develops brand advertising activities including of marketing online and public/media relations; product development; distribution; sponsorship; Monthly consistent PR and Advertising to promote and to maintain PEB brand.
• Researches to determine customer’s needs, market trend to support for R&D activities of the company
• Makes annual plans to visit all list B Consultants/ Contractors at least once every quarter with a view to promote them to List A consultants / contractors
• Designs and plans quarterly training for marketing staff
• Develops good working & personal relations with all licensing authorities (IZ authorities & Department of Planning & Investment), and IP developers to have access to info about new investment at a very early stage – cooperation and liaison with local authorities
• Prepares annual plan for mail shot campaigns to all companies; such campaigns entail adequate preparation of newly designed leaflets / marketing letters / logo/ marketing tools … in one or more languages
• Maintains a database of customers and update it regularly
• Maintains records of all projects implemented by the company including up-to-date list of projects in English, Vietnamese, and Chinese
• Positively represent the company to do PR activities to promote company brand, expand networks and maintain partnership: welcoming customers, partners, agents to visit the company; arranging meetings for BOD with press; attending events
• Supervises marketing staff to collect PCVs as objectives set yearly; make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.
• To commit company to purchases relating to marketing department work our to VND 3 million
• To incur entertainment expenses as per monthly budget...
• Has right to give warning, suspension to subordinates who don’t execute the company regulations.
• Has right to organize the department and subordinate staffs in accordance with the department’s development plan
• Has right to suggest for new staff recruitment to ensure adequate manpower for department
• Has right to do staff performance appraisals and suggest for staff promotion.
• Has right to accept or reject leave or permission based on the work load in the department.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional qualification. MBA degree is preferable
• Having certificate in marketing professional is an advantage
• Knowledge of advertising principles, strategies and techniques.
• At least 03 years in the same position preferable in construction fields.
• Ability in developing and administering a marketing program.
• Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good presentation skills
• Good skills in Sales and marketing.
• Creative and diligent, able to bring new ideas
• Strong leadership & self-confidence.
