Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Co-ordinates and Plan for Raw and Packaging materials to ensure timely delivery to brewery to meet the production plan.
• Material Resource Planning: To update weekly inventory status and consumption volume into MRP.
• To take prompt action to order material that reach to reorder level.
• Raised PR as per supplier MOQ and requirement
• The quantity must be match with set policy and sufficient storage and shelf life
• Arrival must be in time to reach brewery
• Material delivery :
• Call delivery to supplier as per requirement ETA
• Call delivery to supplier as per quantity
• Delivery method as per QA standard
• Financial Understanding: To effectively incorporate the financial impact of material storage level and value.
• Closely work with procurement and warehouse team about material storage, delivery and ordering process.
• To Support to Supply Chain planning process to run smoothly.
• Others necessary support to planning up on requested
• Track on compliance of rules, requirements and procedure of operating system.
• Provide guideline to the team in System/Standard upgrading and new Standard/ System implementation
• Evaluate the effectiveness of operating systems/ standards and provide feedback to Management team for improvement

Job Requirements

• B.Sc (Science) or Economics
• 2-3 year experience in inventory Planning (or) warehouse inventory Handling
• Prefer Beverage/ FMCG manufacturing background experience
• End to End supply chain knowledge
• Excellent in MS Excel
• Excellent communication with internal and external organization
• Willing to learn and positive thinking
• Collaboration within supply chain team
• Problems solving and Time management skill
• Quick respond and follow up action
• Result oriented
• Teamwork, Never Give-up and Positive Attitude
• Passionate, Responsible and Committed Person
