Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Project Initiation,
- Assist Senior Project Engineer on technical building services system aspects
- Assist Senior Project Engineer on preparation project time plan
2. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with relevant parties i.e design consultants, speciallists, especially contractors, in technical aspects during the planning and construction stage.
- Coordinate with relevant parties during project handover stage and project closed out.
3. Project Monitoring & Controlling
- Follow up and ensure the quality of the project is maintained
- Working in conjunction with relevant parties i.e design consultants, specialists, construction management team and constractors on behalf of project owner.
4. Assist Senior Project Engineer on any issue as requested.

Job Requirements

* Project Construction Management knowledge in all aspects i.e. planning, monitoring, controlling and reporting.
* Have technical knowledge of project construction and building services system engineering issues, including material, equipment and method related.
* Able to understand BOQ
* Able to understand construction drawings
* Able to communicate with others efficiently
* Have skill off negotiation and decision making
* Computer literacy
