- To diagnose and repair the mechanical and electrical components of a vehicle.
- To align with service advisors to know client requirements, vehicle errors, problems and service they would like to receive
- To use repairing equipment such as wheel balancing machine, tyre changing machine, hydraulic press, rotor skimming machine and hand tools, and diagnostic equipments such as original diagnostic tools and multi-scan tools
