1 – CONTEXT
- Ensure the mechanical system in the factory always operate well.

2 – REPORTING LINE
- The Mechanical Maintenance directly will report to Maintenance Supervisor.

3 – GOAL
- Ensure all mechanical systems always in the best condition.
- Guarantee safety and hygiene at the factory.
- Follow company’s rule and policy strictly.

4 – TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Check the machine daily, make sure the machine work.
• Prepare for the assignment for the machine regularly maintenance Plan.
• Repair the mechanical systems, Troubleshooting problems in product shift make sure the machine and equipment always work and in good condition.
• Perform installation and assignment scheduling for the teams.
• Manage and supervise the team attendance and overtime working report.
• Support Production Department in maintenance and repairing the mechanical systems.

Job Requirements

5 – EDUCATION
• At least vocational certificate in Mechanic.

6 – EXPERIENCE
• At least 1 years experience in similar position.

7 – SKILLS
- Analytical mind and experience in reading technical reports.
- Willing to take up challenge, mature and independent character.
- Ability to determine the risks and propose the appropriate control.
- Ability to train and direct all production personnel.
