Job Description

Key Duties/ Responsibilities

To ensure the production machines and equipment operate in smooth without major stoppage.
To be fully responsible on the machine, attending breakdown, upgrading or modification.
To be proactive, able to troubleshoot problems to prevent lose time or downtime.
Do daily maintenance and update the checklist.
Ensure to complete the plan maintenance, preventive maintenance.
To learn and be competent to troubleshoot PLC systems.
Assist the production technician during change over.
To ensure spare parts are available and to highlight to the spare parts technicians on the requirements.
Responsible to alert the Maintenance Leader, Executive or the Manager of any unusual occurrence and /or damage that have taken place or may occur.
Responsible to complete all work orders.
Repairs and maintains machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, and fans.
Repairs and maintain mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning. Diagnoses problems. Disassembles units, cleans, lubricates, repairs, and
replaces parts
To be hands on, to work as a team and to help other Maintenance on Facilities, Boilers or WWTP as when as needed.
To ensure SOP are completed and to follow as what written in SOP.
Strictly to compile to the safety rules and standards by CCBM.
To ensure all PPE are used as requested and informed by CCBM Safety.
Strictly to follow 5S standards, GMP and to maintain housekeeping at line and workshop.
To perform any other additional tasks as and when requested by the Executive or Manager.

Technical Competencies:

Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes in various packaging types (cold fill, hot fill, aseptic, blow molding) including knowledge of food safety
regulatory requirements (HACCP) and management quality system.
Knowledge of the principles of scheduled/ preventive maintenance in order to effectively communicate and accept change in a supply chain environment.
Maintain good and balanced communication with all levels of employees
Ability to interact with all personnel including from other department
Flexible and open-mindedness with willingness to try different ways and able learn new skills, adapt to new development, self-critical attitude and impartial.
