Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Be on the front-line of coordinating assistance for medical inquires (both in Myanmar and English language)
• Providing 24 hours support (on rotating basis) for incoming/outgoing communications from clients and /or patients and identifying the request (medical assistance, coverage for medical expenses, etc.)
• Assessing patients’ medical reports and liaising with healthcare providers if necessary
• Using the system to update the patient’s information
• Attending the information sessions if requested by the clients
• Build the Company’s corporate client base in Myanmar. Procure new leads, attend client meetings in Myanmar and manage relationships
• Arrange events in Yangon and other cities in Myanmar
• Research new opportunities and executing initiatives to launch new services
• Reporting daily activities and whenever necessary, written report must be provided via email
• Travel within/outside Myanmar as necessary
• General administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Must be M.B.,B.S holder
• Fresh graduate are also welcomed
• Fluent in English (4 skills)
• Have knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, ppt, email
• Age between 23 to 35 years old preferable
• Active and excellent skills in social communications
• Good at customer relationship
