About the Job: The Medical Representative will report to the National Manager, Medical Sales and Marketing, for the Lydia Brand. He/She will be responsible for promoting Lydia-branded products, which are contraceptive and reproductive-health products for women, to health-care professionals such as doctors and midwives. He/She will work toward qualified sales targets. The Medical Representative will also be responsible for tracking competitors, as well as customers' compliance with: * contractual obligations related to health and safety * health & safety recommendations of DKT's suppliers * Myanmar's own health policies▶︎ Be a subject-matter expert on the company's products, their recommended usage, as well as all risks and benefits associated▶︎ Travel to the outstations▶︎ Making appointments and meetings with Doctors, Midwives, Retailers and Dealers, keeping a regular schedule of visit (calls)▶︎ Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff▶︎ Prepare weekly and monthly work schedule plan▶︎ Report daily calls and competitors' activities▶︎ Coordinate with the distributor team to reach the monthly and yearly targets
▶︎ Bachelor's Degree (pharmacy degree preferred)▶︎ Preferable minimum 0-2 years' working experience as a medical representative▶︎ Good command of written and spoken English and Burmese▶︎ Driven, energetic personality with strong communication skills, persuasive in face-to-face meetings with customers▶︎ Experience with obstetrics/ gynecology (OG) or reproductive health is preferred but not required▶︎ Ability to travel and work independently
