We are looking for a Medical Sales Asst Manager :
a) To co-ordinate sales and distribution of our company's range of medical products
b) To expand and grow our existing customer base
c) To organize and motivate existing sales team to achieve monthly targets
d) To explore new channels and markets
e) To develop new products and new clusters
f) To work with various channel partners
g) To report and be responsible to the Management for the Division performance and goals

Job Requirements

The person has to :
a) Have a proven track record for medical sales performance
b) Ability to plan, communicate, organize, direct teams to achieve sales targets
c) Independent field work require. Travelling is expected
d) Have a reasonable level of working English
e) Conduct strategic planning initiatives for market and product development
f) Able to work with different levels of customer base, ie. wholesalers, doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, retail, MT, etc.
g) Mature , hard working and good team player
