Job Description

- To meet and communicate with Doctors and promote the products.
- To meet and communicate with Customers and collect order.
- To monitor Competitor Activities and Products.
- To monitor Area Sales and Credit Accounts.
- Planning long term marketing plans.
- Build Doctors and Customers Data.
- Daily report & giving feedback.
- Planning Hospital visit schedule weekly.
- Implements to achieve sales target.
- To build business relationship with the prescribers.
- To organize CME activity and Societies Activity.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operation Team, Account Department, and Administrative Department, etc.
- Attending team meeting and continuous product polishing training.

Job Requirements

1. Must possess a bachelor’s Degree. (Degree with Medical Background is preferable).
2. Very good Team work skills.
3. Very good Communication skills Innovated and Enthusiastic.
4. Must be willing to learn new experience.
5. Must have self-confidence.
6. Must be honest.
7. Must be willing to do field work.
8. Experience in medical field must be over 1 years continuously in a company.
9. Minimum 1 year experience in either orthopaedic field or Machines sales or anaesthesia product sales is preferrable.
10. Conversational English Level is preferred.
