Responsibilities
• Management of the membership rosters of both Country Club and Golf Club
• Implementing and subsequent management of membership management software
• That all membership collateral are kept up to date
• Achieve the agreed targets in terms of new members and renewal of membership
• Creates, updates, and distributes information to current members as well as prospective members.
• Directs and oversees membership activities for a membership organization or association.
• Develops programs, initiatives, and policies designed to increase membership.
• May give input into developing the membership budget.
• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
• Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility

Job Requirements

Experience
• Any graduate with above 3 years’ experience as a management role in related industry.
• Ideally some level of club or association experience gained locally in Myanmar or from overseas.
• Knowledge and understanding of membership marketing.
• Must have Leading skills and Interpersonal skills.
• Can work under pressure with positive attitude.
• Excellent English Communication is a must.
