A Good Opportunity for ..

Drafting for plumbing and sanitary, fire, ACMV, electrical (such as layout plan schematic and coordination drawing).
Design and installation of Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System.
Design of Electrical System (Air-Conditioning).
Handle of Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, Electrical Shop Drawings.
Handle of material submission.
Handle of material order and store stock
Handle of Air- Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation As-built Drawings; Hand-over
to maintenance.
Preparation of M&E drawing submission schedule, M&E installation schedule
Solving out Drawing and site issues with Structure Engineers / Archi Coordinators
Attending site meeting and liaise with client, consultant, supplier and contractors
Testing and Commission of M&E Systems
Handing over of M&E Systems to Client
Data Management for Engineering documents

Job Requirements

BE Mechanical or Electrical
Age (between 25 to 38)
4 years experiences in relevant position at medium or big organization.
Can be joined immediate
Problem solving, Communication and Participation Skills
Work in a team, as well as independently.
Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Ability to work on time management, planning and organizing
Able to work under pressure.
Able to travel extensively. Physically & Mentally strong
