• Preparing BOQ's
• Measuring quantities for variations
• Cost Planning/Estimating
• Prepare and monitor Budgets and Cash flows
• Update and Reconcile Cost reports
• Prepare Monthly Cost Reports
• Assess, manage and mitigate commercial risks.
• Perform site visits and evaluate work completed on site
• Contract administration (contractor award negotiations, payment certification, variation negotiations, Final account negotiations)
• Advise on all potential cost over-runs
• Prepare Tender Documents for contractors and suppliers
• Tender submission analysis and evaluation
• Procurement advice
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
