An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Submitting daily sales, weekly sales report to leader and principle
• Ensure all products are displayed
• Communicate/execute set up expectations for all sales events.
• Visiting the shop to check the condition of the stock and monitoring the stock turnover
• Need to survey and collect customers satisfaction data by frontline staff on available or offer products quality, designs
• Study & understand the product in depth.
• Build data, analyze, forecast sales, follow via
• Understand customers insight
• Manage the execution of the current sales process to deliver a premium customer service
• Be able to interpret reporting and manage inventory
• Leading meeting with frontline staff to review individual and department goals
• Develop the deep understanding of how customers shop and perform competitive analysis to inform merchandising strategy
• VM management

Job Requirements

• Age between 23-27 years old
•At least 2 to 3 years experience in Merchandising/Sales.
• Must have the good practice on Mathematics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to Travel and Work in difficult Setting
• Be proficient in both English and Myanmar Languages
