-Approve merchant applications
-Manage a team of merchant application approvers
-Ensure proper filing of applications and documents
-Analyze monthly merchants approval rate and consistency of documents secured for approvals
-Lead, manage, coach, guide and motivate approval team towards result oriented team
-Ensure that the team follows established procedures, processes and internal compliances
-Develop a harmonious working environment for the merchant sales team
-Other functions related to Sales portfolio as instructed by the Management from time to time
