One of the leading Financial Institution is on the hunt for a Merchant Care Specialist to join their winning team.

Duties and Responsibilities

*To collaborate with other departmental heads to discuss and make the necessary plans for achieving effective sales activities.
*To coordinate the customer service operation of a team to ensure clients are attended to appropriately according to established customer service standards.
*To supervise all post-sales services offered to clients and merchant to ensure the service is actually enjoyed by customers.
*To develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to long-term company objectives

Job Requirements

Skill and Requirement

*Must have a bachelor’s degree holder in business administration or other related fields of study
*Must have strong sales, account management and customer relationship building skills in banking, financial institution or fintech industry
*At least 2 years of experience in sales and business development*
Must have outstanding communication and presentation skills in both Myanmar and English

Salary is up to 1,000,000 MMK and other allowances are included
