An Exciting Opportunity for ...

-Responsible to manage a team of Direct Sales Executives to achieve Merchant Sales target
-Provide training and motivation to direct sales team
-Ensure Direct Sales team achieve the respective targets and groom new or non-performing sales staff
-Ensure Direct Sales team maintain discipline and comply to internal and external regulatory rules and policies
-Conduct and analyze market environment and trend and provide report to Head of Merchant Sales and Head of Merchant Business
-Conduct market research on competitors’ products and comparison reporting
-Ensure that the team follows established procedures, processes and internal compliances
-Develop a harmonious working environment for the merchant sales team
-Other functions related to Sales portfolio as instructed by the Management from time to time
