Job Purpose

MIS Officer/ Sr. MIS Officer supports the execution of our business strategy by designing, developing, integrating and supporting local information for internal use across the operations. MIS Officer/ Sr. MIS Officer is responsible and accountable for all aspects of MIS Operations including system design, implementation, operation, maintain, development and training.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Participate in new MIS system projects implementation and deployment
• Monitoring of Microfinance MIS System
• Responsible to support all aspects of MIS system
• Manage Loan Portfolio of all assigned branches planning & management
• Supervise data entry staff
• Provide Report Generation for Management and Regulator
• Respond to ad hoc information requirements from internal departments and regulators
• Coordinate with Internal Audit Team for Repayment, Portfolio Audit and data quality
• Train people who use MIS System
• Under take other duties as requested
• Able to travel if required

Job Requirements

o Master/Bachelor Computer Science Degree (relevant education/ qualification)
o Desirable Good Knowledge in SQL
o Must be able to use Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
o Excellent Presentation Skill
o Good in English and Myanmar Language Skills (reading, writing, understanding)
o Good Interpersonal skill
o Can work independently and with team
