• Supervises activities in the market information that collected from any related source• Ensures appropriate use of analytic techniques to give significant remark in every report • Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports• Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team• Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members• Maintain data integrity and convert to information from raw data
• Bachelor’s degree from leading university, preferably with concentration in business, engineering, mathematics, data analytics, or finance.• 2+ years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and market research• Robust analytical skill sets: must have strong excel and data analytics experience• May have leadership skill and coaching/mentoring skills• Sound understanding of concepts and principles of Sales & Marketing at FMCG companies • Experience creating detailed reports and giving feedback to Strategy and Planning Team under MIS• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and team player a must• Must be coach-able: listens to and implements feedback/advice from managers and peers• Fluency in spoken and written English and Myanmar• Travel as required
