Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Identifies the needs in Mobile and Banking

• Develops User Requirement Specification

• Conducts User Acceptance Testing

• Designs UAT Test Plan, Test Scripts and Test Scenarios

• Rolls out Internet and Mobile Banking Services

• Enhances IB/MB Services

• Liaises with stakeholders for rollouts

• Implements E-commerce Tie-Ups

• Supports post-rollout issues

• Attends to customer complaints

• Investigates and resolves customer problems

• Trains Branch staff

• Migrates customers to use IB/MB service

• Runs marketing activities to create product awareness and usage

• Recruits merchants for bill payments

Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree, IT degree holder will be an advantage

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Internet & Mobile Banking

• Must have completed at least one project on Mobile/Internet Banking

• Must have profound knowledge in IT

• Be able to guide and lead teams

• Proficient in English Language (written & spoken)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
