· Enter and process all incoming orders - Web portal based, e-mail Set up and document the order process for B2B customers· Management of the communication with the sales department and customers· Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports· Perform service activation as agreed SLA· Reporting the Team Manager and Colleagues weekly basis.· Compliance with Law and KSGM working rule> Obey the law and KSGM working rule
